I Love Bibimbap, Korean vessels for rice – it’s a great way to use pieces and pieces in the refrigerator; Sound beautifully on a bowl of rice and up with an egg and Korean pepper sauce. Meanwhile, raise the rice and 400 ml of just boiled water in a microwaveable plate with a cap (use a bixi bowl with a warm plate at the top). Put the bowl on a larger dish (to prevent spills), then the microwave over medium heat (on my microwave, or 600 watts of 800 watts as a maximum) for 11 minutes, then leave to stand, still covered, for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, whisk peanut butter, Missu, lemon juice, hot pepper chips and only 50 ml of boiling water to make the sauce: you aim to something more thicker than double cream, so if necessary, add more boiling water a tablespoon at a time.
Boil the eggs for four to five minutes, for a jam, then run in a bowl of cold water. Once cold enough to deal with, peel them.
