Is your board of directors very collective?

One of our customers, the executive director of the circulating power company publicly, faced a serious challenge. The new technologies were reshaping the market, and the competitors were to win customers. While the executive team has already re -drafted the priorities of operations and technology priorities, many decisions require long -term investments and preparation to bear the calculated risks that the council can only approve. However, the Board of Directors remained largely negative, as it did not provide a clear strategic direction, nor bold instructions and the appearance needed to restore the company.
