Amnesty International does not enhance organizational silos

In management rooms and team meetings around the world, the promise of artificial intelligence (AI) is waving. Leaders are informed that artificial intelligence will simplify operations, enhance the process of decision -making and superior productivity. But while many organizations have seen gains from artificial intelligence, another less clear direction reveals – AIi enhances functional silos, a problem that has been fighting companies for decades. This can cause performance as the departments decline in their behalf by the Acting worlds. While each of its individual operations improves, the organization becomes less able to achieve corporate strategy.
