Barry Plate “Remote Control” New Yorker

For the cover of September 29, 2025, Barry Plate cartoonist tried to capture, in one form, a series of unprecedented attacks by Donald Trump on the media, destroying federal programs, and violations of the executive force that entered into a new era of political criticism. Plate said: “When voting for the president, I, of course, I want a person not only runs the country, but also helps in narrowing our media diet,” Plate said.
