Trump’s lawsuit was thrown against the New York Times

The judge wrote: “As every lawyer knows (or is supposed to know him), the complaint is not a general forum for Vituperation and Investive – and not a protected platform for anger against the opponent.” “The complaint is not the speakers of public relations or a suitable platform for an emotional speech in a political gathering or the equivalent of a functional park.”
