Jack Ludine and Martin Freeman Star in the new “Fifth Step” trailer
The National Theatre Live in the UK released a new trailer for “The Fifth Step”, which includes the award-winning Jack Ludin (“Slow horses” and “Dunkirk”) and Emmy and BAFTA-Winner Martin Freeman (“The Hobbit”, “The Responder” in Drama David Ireland.
The trailer offers the broader masses of intense Hander. This production is scheduled to reach cinemas around the world from November 27, presented by Neal Street Productions, terrifying production and national theater in Scotland in cooperation with Nica Burns.
Ireland’s play, from the writer behind “Ulster America”, follows a 12 -step journey of unknown alcoholic addicts, and focuses on two men: James (Freeman), a long -term member of the program that agrees to the newcomer teacher Luka (Ludine). On cups of black coffee, the husband depicts a fragile bond through common experiences. But as Luka approaches the fifth crucial step of the program, which requires complete sincerity, both men must face dangerous secrets from their past – the revelation that can enhance their recovery or send them again to addiction.
The production was filmed on the air during the London West End race that was sold at the Al -Antimasy Theater in the rotation. Directed by Finn Den Hertug, the play was originally shown in Dundy, Edinburgh and Ghalasco in 2024 through the National Scotland theater before its successful transfer in London.
Loaden grew up in the 2024 Edinburgh International Festival under the banner of the National Scotland Theater.
The project represents another high -level addition to the national theatrical broadcast list for the National Theater, including “In Alia”, from the Rosamund Pike.
