Local distribution team,

After a wonderful six years here in Paramount, I wanted to share with you that I would step down from my position, as of December 1. When I think and realize what extent we have reached as a group and a team, I am very proud of what we have built and the amazing team we have now.

We climbed above the highlands with Top Gan: Maverick, Sonic Hedgehle, And many others. Through all of this, you inspired me your professionalism, design, dedication, and spirit of cooperation and amazed me over and over again. Everyone knows that the domestic distribution is the locomotive that leads the theatrical train, and this team represents the honorable history of Paramount Pictures in the best possible way, which gains respect for exhibitors and other distributors alike.

I would like to thank you all, as well as all the colleagues who were happy to work with during my presence here. It was an honor for me to work with this talented group of people.

I believe more than ever with the strength of the theatrical experience, and I know that if we continue to distribute to cooperate with our partners in the exhibition, without fear that we will be clients for change, we can continue to push the cinema forward. And with the real defenders of the cinema experience in Josh and Dana, I know that you have a bright future.

I will always feel that I am part of this family, and wherever the next chapter takes me, I will encourage you to succeed because I know that you will continue to continue the ideal work you are doing.

To reformulate Wallace Hartley: It was the honor to play with you.

With love and gratitude,

Chris
