James Woods Burns Greedy Gavin Newsom For Crying Over Federal Fire Relief Funds – Twitchy

The arrest of 29-year-old Uber driver Jonathan Rinderknecht in connection with the devastating Palisades fire has once again highlighted the incompetence of California’s government.

Federal authorities allege Rinderknect started a fire in the area on New Year’s Day. The eight-acre fire was initially extinguished, but reignited a week later, starting one of the most destructive fires in state history.

While Renderconnect may have started the fire, California’s improper land management prior to the fire, the empty tank that led to fire hydrants not working during the fire, and the disgraceful treatment of the inferno’s victims after it was extinguished all compounded the suffering of those who lost everything.

The Palisades Fire claimed twelve lives, burned more than twenty-three thousand acres, and destroyed more than sixty-eight hundred buildings.

From the moment the fire was reported, California Governor Gavin Newsom did what he does best. He deviated, pointed fingers and lied. Blame the environment and the President of the United States, without once acknowledging the role that Los Angeles and Sacramento’s policies and procedures played in the preparation, response, and (non-)recovery from the fire.

Newsom regularly deals with truth like an athlete deals with his hamstring. It is something that needs an extension to use it properly. The latest example claims that the delay in reclaiming Pacific Palisades has nothing to do with delays in permit approvals or his deceptive scheme to seize what was private property and turn it into low-income housing. No, as Californian Ken Doll explains, the federal government is responsible.

According to Governor Herr Gill, the fifth largest economy on the planet cannot help its citizens, and Donald Trump refuses to give it a blank check.

He watches.

Of course, none of this nonsense is true. From day one, FEMA, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and other agencies have been on the ground in California. As President Trump explained when he toured the area after the fire, federal funds will be made available to assist residents affected by the fire; They won’t pay Newsom to remove them and then replace their homes with low-income housing units.

Any federal funds withheld are because Gavin Newsom cannot be trusted.

James Woods, whose house miraculously survived the fire, ended the Botox Boy argument with one simple post.

The FireAid charity gala in January raised $100 million to help fire victims. They haven’t seen a dime yet. Instead, the money raised was distributed to non-profit organizations.

Look, none of this was Gavin Newsom’s fault. Just ask him, he’ll tell you.

That money didn’t disappear; It didn’t go to the people I was raised by. You gotta give it to Gav, $100 million is one hell of a scam.

It helps a lot of people decide to move to Texas.

Is there any doubt as to the reluctance to send federal tax dollars to California?

Gavin Newsom cannot be trusted.
