A Chicago and Illinois federal judge has granted a temporary restraining order against the Trump administration, which court documents show has deployed 200 Texas troops to an Immigration and Customs Enforcement detention facility. Judge April Barry said in court that the National Guard would “only add fuel to the fire lit by the defendants themselves.” NBC’s Maggie Vespa reports for TODAY.
