Taylor Swift announces ‘Eras Tour’ documentary series and ‘Final Show’ concert film.
Taylor Swift has announced two projects for Disney+: a full-length concert film, TTour of the Ages | Final offeras well as two six-episode docuseries on the tour, both arriving on December 12.
“It was the end of an era and we knew it,” Swift wrote on Instagram today. “We wanted to remember every moment leading up to the climax of the most important and intense chapter of our lives, so we allowed the filmmakers to capture this tour and all the stories woven throughout it at its end. And film the entire final show.”

With what Disney+ calls unprecedented access, the docuseries TAylore Swift | Tour of the Ages | end of an era, It will chronicle “the development, influence, and inner workings that created the phenomenon that was the Tour of the Ages.”
The docu-series “gives an intimate look into Taylor’s life as her tour made headlines and thrilled fans around the world. Additionally, the series highlights performers, family members and friends – including Gracie Abrams, Sabrina Carpenter, Ed Sheeran, and Florence Welch – and offers never-before-seen insight into what it takes to create… phenomenon.” Two episodes will air every week starting December 12.
Filmed in Vancouver, British Columbia, the concert film depicts the final show of the Eras tour and features the full lineup of Section of tortured poetswhich was added to the tour after the release of this album in 2024.
