Amputee returns home after 20 years in Israeli prison with ‘unwavering spirit’ – Twitchy

Here’s an encouraging story for the pro-Palestinian crowd. Don’t get us wrong – we are pleased that Israel and Hamas have signed on to the first phase of President Donald Trump’s comprehensive peace plan. However, the agreement appeared somewhat unbalanced: Hamas returned the 20 hostages it had been holding for more than two years, and in return Israel released nearly 2,000 Palestinian prisoners and detainees from its prisons.

Among those released after 20 years in prison was Nahed Faraj Jadoua Al-Aqra, an amputee who returned to Gaza “on artificial legs but with an unwavering spirit.” These two men carrying it do not appear to have been starved by the Israelis.

Just to be clear, the Israelis did not cut off his legs while he was in prison.

The pro-Hamas public prefers to refer to them as “political prisoners.”
