Allison Williams’ expensive outfit is actually a hit — and it’s under $300
It was originally Gap’s high-rise clothing line Fired in April 2025 by Executive Vice President and Chief Creative Officer Zac Posen, who promised to deliver “professional tailoring, intricate detailing and modern, American-style style” through “desirable and accessible retail collections” and “one-of-a-kind designs that celebrate self-expression and solidify GAP’s place in the culture.”
Fortunately, this look falls into the first category. Aside from the black pointy-toe pumps she wore all day, Williams was dressed to the nines GapStudio Oversized Shirt ($98) and GapStudio Low Rise Loose Pants ($128), both available now.
While Williams changed up her look and hairstyle throughout the day, she kept things simple by sticking to black shoes and carrying a black belted bag that also costs less than it looks. In multiple photos, Williams is seen holding the Verafied body Noir 25 leather book tote bagWhich retails for $348. Although this is not cheap, it is much more easily achieved than similar designs they offer Celine and Mew mew.
All of this means that looking rich doesn’t have to cost thousands, even for celebrities making the press tours.
