NFL Week 7 Injury Report: Key updates on Puka Nacua, Terry McLaurin and Garrett Wilson

In the international window, where the Los Angeles Rams and Jacksonville Jaguars face off in London, Los Angeles will be without star pass rusher Puka Nacua, who is dealing with an ankle injury. Meanwhile, the status of Terry McLaurin in Washington and Jarrett Wilson in New York is also in doubt.

Los Angeles Rams (-3) at Jacksonville Jaguars (at London)

Los Angeles will be without star player Buka Nacua as he deals with an ankle injury suffered last week against Baltimore. Nacua did not practice at all this week, but head coach Sean McVay noted that he is “making progress” and is optimistic the team will have him back after Week 8.

Neither Lloyd nor Morris practiced this week and were ruled out of Jacksonville’s game in London. Lloyd is a particularly big loss, as the five meals he serves lead NFL Entering Week 7.

The Raiders were able to see Brock Bowers back on the practice field on Friday, albeit on a limited basis. Despite the encouragement, his return to action could take another week as he is doubtful. Meanwhile, Jacoby Myers returned to practice on Friday as a limited participant and is officially questionable.

Kansas City is healthy heading into Week 7 but will once again be without left tackle Josh Simmons. Yiadom logged a full practice on Friday and is trending in the right direction despite the questionable mark. Alvin Kamara (ankle) and Chris Olave (hip) both trained fully on Friday and are unranked, meaning they are on track to play.

Swift appeared on Thursday’s injury report as a limited participant due to a hip injury. He was restricted again on Friday and is officially questionable. Grady Jarrett returned to practice on a limited basis Friday after missing Wednesday and Thursday with a knee injury.

Corner Quinion Mitchell is injury free, so he is good to go after suffering a hamstring injury last Thursday against the New York Giants. Carter was limited participation Thursday and Friday with a heel injury and is officially questionable.

Carson Wentz will do so, coach Kevin O’Connell announced Friday The Vikings start Week 7 against Philadelphia. Max Brosmer will serve as Wentz’s backup, while McCarthy, who is still recovering from an ankle injury, will serve as the emergency midfielder.

Campbell was unable to practice with the Dolphins at all this week and has since been ruled out. Meanwhile, despite the questionable conditions, both Dodson and Dack trained fully this week.

The Browns will be without Njoku after he did not practice this week due to a knee injury. On the defensive side of the ball, the most interesting development revolves around first-round rookie Mason Graham, who appeared on Friday’s injury report as a Nationals player with a knee injury. It is officially doubtful.

Running back Chuba Hubbard (calf) logged a full practice on Friday and carries no injury designation for Week 7, meaning he will return to the lineup after missing the past two games. Given the success Rico Dowdle has had in his absence, it will be curious to see how the backfield players are broken down.

None of the players the Jets listed as questionable, including Wilson, practiced this week. Matt Zenitz of CBS Sports reported Friday Wilson will not play against Carolina. As for Carter and Weston, they trained fully throughout the week.

New England is relatively healthy entering Week 7. All of its questionable players practiced fully on Friday, except for Jaylen Hawkins, who was limited.

Tennessee’s offense will be down at receiver in Calvin Ridley after he was officially ruled out after not practicing at all this week with a hamstring injury.

The most surprising element of New York’s final injury report centers around Carter, a first-round rookie. The edge rusher appeared on Friday’s injury report as a limited participant due to a hamstring injury and is now questionable.

Greenlaw logged a full practice on Friday, a positive sign for his status in Week 7 despite the questionable rating.

Indy will be without Ward after he suffered his second concussion of the season during pregame warmups last week. On a more encouraging note in the secondary, head coach Shane Steichen said Kenny Moore II is “ready to go” after missing Weeks 4, 5 and 6.

Khalil Mack leads the group of six players listed as questionable for the Chargers. The veteran edge rusher’s practice window opened on Wednesday and was limited all week. Meanwhile, Alt logged back-to-back limited practices on Thursday and Friday, but is doubtful to play in Week 7.

Green Bay has seven players listed as questionable for Week 7, including running back Josh Jacobs. He was limited Wednesday and Thursday due to an illness and calf injury, but reached a full participant on Friday, which is a good sign.

Arizona did not give Marvin Harrison Jr. a Week 7 assignment after he logged a full practice on Friday after clearing the concussion protocol. While Harrison will play, we still have to see more about Kyler Murray. The midfielder practiced on a limited basis all week and is officially questionable. If he can’t go, it will be Jacoby Brissett who gets the nod again.

McLaurin will be sidelined for his fourth consecutive match, as he suffers from a quad injury. There was some optimism that McLaurin would return this week after practicing on a limited basis on Wednesday, but he did not practice for the next two days. Due to him sticking at receiver, Deebo Samuel was downgraded to Out – so Jayden Daniels won’t have his top two targets.

The Cowboys will see CeeDee Lamb back in Week 7 as the wideout holds no selection for Sunday. Lamb was limited on Wednesday and Thursday before full training was recorded to conclude the week on Friday.

Atlanta will be without two starting defensemen in Walker and Bowman. This will be Walker’s first absence this year, while Sunday’s game will be the second straight game the team is without Bowman. Both deal with soft tissue injuries. Meanwhile, head coach Raheem Morris said he sent McCloud home with “excused absence” As the team is “working on some matters related to the young man.”

The Niners will once again be without Brock Purdy as the franchise quarterback has been ruled out with a toe injury. This means Mac Jones will get another start for the organization, despite his knee and oblique injuries. king. On a more positive note, George Kittle will return in Week 7, and coach Kyle Shanahan has assured that the tight end will not be at the expense of the field of any kind.

  • Black: S Kirby Joseph (knee), DB Avonte Maddox (hamstring), CB Tyrion Arnold (shoulder), RB Sione Vaki (groin). TE Taylor Decker (shoulder), DT DJ Reader (back), DT Alim McNeill (knee) are questionable.

The Buccaneers appear ready to get Evans back this week, as he was a full participant in Saturday’s practice. A surprise with Egbuka as well, as he was a limited participant on Saturday, earning him a game-time decision.

The Lions will be depleted in the secondary once again with Joseph, Maddox and Arnold out. Brian Branch is also serving a one-match suspension. Decker did not practice Saturday after being limited all week, so his status is questionable.

  • Texas: WR Christian Kirk (hamstring), playmaker Alijah Hosie (knee) out; S Jaylen Reed (knee), DE Denico Autri (knee) are questionable
  • Seahawks: LB Derick Hall (slant) to outside; T Josh Jones (ankle), S Julian Love (hamstring), CB Devon Witherspoon (knee) are questionable.

Reed was a full participant for the Texans on Saturday, so he will likely play. No Kirk this week, a hamstring injury appeared during practice on Friday.

Rick Wolin was listed as a concussion report with the Seahawks, but it was not identified as an injury. Witherspoon was a full participant in Saturday’s practice, so he is expected to play.
