Prep talk: Another Kaya is making her impact, this time in girls tennis
That was in 2013 Brad Kaya He starred as a quarterback at Chaminade High before transferring to the University of Miami.
Now his sister Charlie is getting fame in the family. She helped Calabasas win the Southern Section 2 girls tennis title with a tournament win over Harvard-Westlake.
Charlie and his partner Sofia Loiseau won all three doubles matches. Gianna Mucci is undefeated this season and singles player Alina Koltsova has won all three of her singles matches.
Brad has handed Hollywood his boots. He writes screenplays and is a writer and consultant on a new Hulu drama (fiction) about an NFL team. Maybe he’ll write about an experience that had him texting on the sidelines during a Chaminade win.
