Google converts carbon dioxide into the battery energy for clean energy

The carbon dioxide is usually blamed for climate change, and it does not erase it. But Google plans to turn the text program. The company has just announced a partnership with the Italian Eneral Energy Dome to help store clean energy using carbon dioxide in a completely new way.
This cooperation will spread long -term energy storage systems, also known as LDES, in Google Renewable Energy Projects worldwide. The idea is simple but strong: storing additional energy when wind production and solar energy are high, and release it when the sky dies or the wind dies.
Most current batteries can provide about four hours of backup energy. This may help during short declines in production, but it fails during the interruption of night or cloudy days full of wind. Energy Dome provides a better solution.

Why did Google choose CO2 battery
Google Energy Dome Co2 has chosen a CO2 battery because it provides clean and transmitted energy for up to 24 hours. Unlike lithium ion systems, which depend on expensive materials that are often difficult, this battery uses ready -made mechanical components and simple physics.
Instead of storing electricity in a chemical form, the CO2 battery stores it by pressing carbon dioxide in liquid.
