@jeanpormanoveThe Broadcasting platform kick accused the French authorities of politicizing the death of the creator who passed away during the live broadcast.
Raphaël Graven, also known as Jean Pormanove, was found dead at a residence near Nice last week.
General prosecutors opened an investigation into the Australian video platform, and French government minister Clara Chapas said that the state would be established Take a kick to the court “To stop the damage caused by the content involved in this tragedy.”
“This is not related to the safety of creators, customer safety, or the well -being of industry, but rather a narration that will benefit from a tragic personal loss,” Kik told BBC News.
The broadcasting platform said it was “disappointed” the media was informed of the minister’s actions before that.
BBC has reached the French government to respond.
Mr. Graven was known for the videos that seemed to be carrying violence and clear humiliation.
The Paris Prosecutor said this week that his investigation would discuss whether it was intentionally broadcasting “videos of deliberate attacks on personal integrity.”
She now gave more information, from her point of view, about Mr. Graven’s death.
She said that the creator died during the “typical” live broadcast, and according to the previous data made by Mr. Graphin and the other participants, their content was “pre -planned and book.”
A kick said that Mr. Grafen died in bed during the current, and said he removed the content that shows his death.
A kick also stated that she had suspended all relevant accounts pending the investigation, and said that she had fully collaborated with all authorities, including law enforcement, the organizational body and the Xabaz office.
“Correcting wrong novels”
“We are surprised by the messages conveyed by the politicians,” said Kik.
“We have never tried and will not try to escape or reject our organizational obligations.
“We hope that it is possible to work quietly with the French authorities and correct the wrong novels that are distributed.”
Mr. Graven was found dead on August 18.
Local media reported that 46 -year -old was undergoing violence and sleep deprivation during tables.
In a post on X, Chapas described his death as “absolute terror” and said that he was insulted and abused on the platform for several months.
The post -death examination revealed that the death of Mr. Graphin was not the result of shock or third -party actions.
Local police seized videos and interviewed a number of people who were saying they were present when he died.
They also revealed that Mr. Graven had previously spoken to him by the investigators and “denied” being a victim of violence, saying that the actions in which he participated were organized “to create a stir” and earn money.
Kick is a similar platform for Twitch, and users can broadcast content and interact with other users in actual time.
“We are deeply saddened by the loss of Jean -Burmanov and the expansion of our condolences to his family, friends and society,” Kik said in a previous statement.
