The leader of the minority in the House of Representatives, Hakim Jeffrez, thanked DN.Y, Adams for his service, but stopped supporting Khalaf, saying that he would share his views before the beginning of the early vote.
“During his time in office, violent crime decreased, building units at reasonable prices, and New York City recovered from Covid-19s,” Jeffrez wrote in a statement.
