Andrew Novak makes the history of the PGA tour interesting with Zurich Classic’s victory

The world of sports is incredibly busy here in the last days of April. Keep in mind that the American Professional League and NHL in the middle of their qualifiers, the American Football Association’s draft has just occurred, and MLB has played a month ago, the LPGA round was the first specialty in the season in the Chevron Championship … It is a full -time job to keep up with everything.

Regarding men’s professional golf, Lev’s tour was in Mexico City, while the PGA tour had its annual Zurich Classic team in New Orleans. Andrew Novak and Ben Griffin won the 28 level. This is the first professional victory for Novak and Griffin.

As it comes to Novak, it was almost broken though in this capacity earlier in Harbour Town. Novak went on to a RBC heritage match with Justin Thomas and lost on the first hole. The approach to the first professional victory and allowing him to stay away, he had to hurt the matter of definitely making victory in New Orleans sweet for him.

Something particularly about Novak’s victory alongside Griffin in New Orleans, although he repeated the level of history that the tour has not seen three years ago. Andrew Novak became the first player to win an event per week after losing in a separate match since Patrick Kaneli in 2022 (we gave this possibility during the weekend).

What is particularly surprising about it, though? Just like Novak, Cantlay lost RBC heritage in a decisive match before winning Zurich Classic. These are some crazy coincidences!

When it is worth it if we were following the text program that was placed in 2022 for us, then remember the main winners through the rest of this season (remember that Scotie Scheffler won the first master earlier of that year):

Among the three concerneds, it can be said that Thomas is likely to be Thomas, given his last shape (the above -mentioned victory in Hilton Heid) and that this year PGA will be held in Qual Hollow, where Thomas won the first PGA championship.

We’ll see what is the last year in a store for all of us.
