Armenian Film Association to open a new headquarters, MicroCinema in Glendale
Exclusive: The Armenian Film Association, which has just concluded its annual Armenian annual festival in the center of Glenel, will open a new headquarters, which includes a office and microscopic space, with the help of the city.
AFS HQ will serve as the official national office of the non -profit organization, which highlights Armenian talents and films, and a permanent home for the Armenian Film Festival team. The language aims to be a center for the local film community, as it manages programming throughout the year, including shows, workshops, lectures and major classes.

In order to be a supplier for each of the emerging and proven creative talents, the area of 2000 square feet will provide educational initiatives and counseling opportunities led by directors in the hope of inspiring the next generation of stories. “This important offer for support from Glenel is a great recognition of the AFS effect and the creation of a commitment over the past decade,” Armin Carrovanian, AFS founder, AFS, said in a statement. “This new office and microscopic office will give us a space for growth and we are setting the foundation for the next ten years and beyond.”
AFS was founded in 2015, a creative and cultural center that exchanges Armenian films and enables Armenian films. With branches in Los Angeles and London, AFS hosts annual events and participated in partnership with prominent peers such as Vidiots, American Cinematheque and Museum of Animation Academy.
The organization recently concluded the third version of the same name festival, which appeared with a conversation with it Singer Director Ryan Kogler writer and producer Saif Ohhanian, from Proxy Media. AFS also hosted its Armenian Film Festival in London in December last year at the Institute of Contemporary Arts.
