Blackpool shines northern England Blackpool
How great it is for Lawrence Lillen Bowen Bangerric to read on Blackpool lighting (“where the design gets his chest”: Lawrence Lillen Bowen in 20 years with Blackpool lighting, August 25). My mother was from Blackpool Habsylady, she grew up there, and even after nearly 30 years of living in Berlin – the resort is still a special place in my heart. Twenty million visitors per year cannot be fine.
Llewelyn-Buwen asks why it does not seem that the unique Blackpool’s attractiveness is recorded in people living in southern England. Do not look beyond the British tourist authority, whose budget has been extinguished anywhere, but the great Blackpool resorts in Britain, including Blackpool.
I know this because, by working in the media, I am at the recipient of most of Pritbritain’s directing to the German audience. She once wrote to the German Visitbritain office, which criticizes his lack of BlackPool and other resorts, and got the response: “Blackpool is not a particularly attractive place.”

While the attractiveness of Blackpool lighting may not spread beyond Midlands, Southind (sometimes considered the best in the world) has shines our lives since 1935.
They are still strong, in addition to fireworks screens, doing a lot to face autumn and winter depression for “southern Faro and the ball attackers”, and Lawrence Luelin Bowen calls us. Certainly, the Southind, the tallest in the world, 1.33 miles, is the Blackpool Tower? Perhaps when the young Louleen Bowen was secreting himself in London, he should have come to Southind on a one -day trip and gained some inspiration for his endeavors in Blackpool.
