Kobilaczyk then called Fosado a “p—-” because he didn’t drink beer like “(a real man).”
“You know what, let’s call ICE,” Kobylarczyk then told a fellow Brewers fan in front of her.
Fosado then responded that he was an American citizen who served in two wars, which prompted Kubilarczyk to criticize Fosado.
“ICE won’t do anything to me. Good luck. Call ICE, call them. Idiot,” Fosado said.

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel confirmed that Kobylarczyk “is no longer” working with ManpowerGroup, a Milwaukee-based staffing firm, and has also resigned from her role on the Make-A-Wish Wisconsin board of directors.
Fosado told the newspaper that Kubilarczyk reported him to stadium security, and he was expelled.
Fosado, who joined the Army after 9/11, served in Iraq and Afghanistan. Despite the attack, he doesn’t feel Kobilarczyk should have lost her job.
“I don’t think it was terrible or something that should have gotten her fired. I feel bad for her,” Fosado told the outlet. He added: “We can’t be judged based on one mistake that involves a lot of emotions. It was just hurt feelings, no one physically hurt anyone.”

The Brewers told Fox News Digital in a statement that both fans were ejected, noting that Fosado, who was not named, was ejected “for actions other than the events depicted in this video.”
“The Brewers expect all people who attend games to respect each other, and we do not in any way condone offensive statements made by fans to each other regarding race, gender or national origin. Our priority is ensuring all attendees have a safe and enjoyable experience at the ballpark.”
“In this case, the Milwaukee Police Department dealt with the person who was fired for the non-juvenile actions described in this video, including disorderly conduct and public intoxication. Separately, the video shows that the other person involved in the argument became physical during her interactions with the person who was fired.”
The Brewers said neither Fosado nor Kobylarczyk would be welcomed back to the field.
The NLCS returns to the West on Thursday, with the Dodgers needing to win two of their next five games to advance to their second straight World Series and fifth in nine years.
