Dallas Wings announces a major player in this season
Another injury at the end of the season affected Wnba. After it was lost several weeks due to a knee injury, Dallas Winigs announced on Tuesday morning that goalkeeper Tae Harris underwent procedures and will be outside the rest of the year.
The team did not confirm the type of procedure that Harris underwent, only on the left knee that kept it out of play. Harris played in five games in 2025, after being traded to Phoenix from Connecticut and then to Dallas of Phoenix before the season. It was originally formulated by Dallas in 2020 from South Carolina, and played three seasons of the wings before being transferred to Connecticut.
This news comes a few days after Curtney Vandrezlot was injured in the AFC Champions League at the end of the season, and Harris is the fourth player in WNBA to be excluded for this season because of the knee since the start of the training camps. Georgia Amet and Katie Los Samuelson have suffered injuries in the AFC Champions League during the camp, followed by these two modern injuries.
Lucas Seefer from the next, who has a PhD in WNBA, Reported So far in the 2025 WNBA season alone. Its results also reported total knee injuries in 2025, the highest infection rate when the body part is classified. Players who sit with knee injuries in 2025 are absent 15.2 games per average injury, according to the results of the Seehfer. The following most common injuries in 2025 were in general leg injuries (14) and ankle injuries (11).
The wings have struggled this season, starting 1-9 in the first 10 games. Paige Boker has missed the past four matches – three due to concussion and an additional game due to the disease. Wings coach Chris Colas confirmed on Monday that the seeds will be available to play in Wednesday’s match. They are currently sitting in the thirteenth (last in general) in the ranking.
Harris injury means that the wings have decreased an experienced point guard, which is important given that their beginning is usually loud, rising. Arike Ogunbowale was an approximate start of its season, but it slowly gets its points for each game that dates back to a normally similar number. She is currently 19.1 points per game, just less than the average average career of 20.4 points for each game. It will be interesting to see how the return of services in the collection affects this.
At the present time, the question remains whether the wings will explode their team during the season, or take the loss and return to the draft next year. With the team’s exit to the free agents who go out this season, there is an argument for the circulation of some older players in the wings in exchange for a young talent that has already been imprisoned for the next season. There were also questions about wings training staff, as both fans and analysts wonder if it could be launched in the middle of the season, and now this last injury only adds another negative to the wings season already.
