Elysees donate a million dollars to migrant families affected by ice raids
After a federal judge confirmed Donald Trump’s control of the National Guard in California, the Los Angeles team is returning those who evaded to those in society affected by recent ice raids.
On Friday, the 8X World Series Championship announced a $ 1 million donation in partnership with Los Angeles, as well as many local organizations, to provide financial assistance to migrant families affected by the raids.
“What is happening in Los Angeles was from among the thousands of people, and we have heard invitations to us to take a leading role on behalf of the affected people,” said Stan Castin, President and CEO of Dodgers. “We believe that by committing and taking action, we will continue to support and raise the Greater Los Angeles societies.”
“I would like to thank the evaders for its leadership with this procedure to support the immigrant community in Los Angeles. These weeks have sent shock waves of fear that every neighborhood torn and had a direct impact on our economy,” Mayor Karen Bass said in a statement.
After the MLB and the city previously joined the financial resources of the needy during the Southern California fires in January, they encourage local organizations to advance in a similar way as they did during the natural disaster to help in food insecurity, basic necessities and mental health services.

The participating organizations include the latest California Community Initiative and the Los Angeles Province Union to work.
Under a very targeted reading of a mysterious basic system, Trump moved to the Federation of the National Guard of the Gold State on June 7 without the approval of Newsom in response to protests on a flood of ice raids in Los Angeles and around June 6. Since then, the parties have been circulating on social media and the main media often. There is no matter of produced agents, and the curfew has been put on DTLA for more than a week.
