How to use Amnesty International to reduce waste and fraud
The global construction industry, which costs 13 trillion dollars for a long time with inefficiency, delay and corruption. Traditionally, it was difficult to avoid these. This industry is very fragmented and works in a complex organizational environment, and has low digitization, and suffers from lack of employment and weak planning through the value chain. These problems are not easy to fix them either. It often stems from improved incentives between stakeholders, limited transparency, asymmetric information, and enforcement of inconsistent regulations and standards. Many of these dynamics play during the purchasing stage, before breaking the Earth in a new project.
