Judge denies the attempted as a Kelbrego García to resort to the United States Kilmar ábrego García

Baltimore immigration judge denied Kilmar Ango Garcia’s attempt to resort on Thursday, but he has 30 days to appeal.

The “Abigo” case has caught the national attention because the 30 -year -old was wrongly deported by the Trump administration to El Salvador in March. Al -Salvaduri citizen has American wife and children and lived in Maryland for years, but he originally immigrated to the United States illegally as a teenager.

After widespread pressure, the Trump administration brought him back to the United States in June. Upon his return, he immediately faced criminal charges related to human smuggling, allegations that his lawyer refused.

Ábrego was released from the criminal reservation in Tennessee on Friday while waiting for the trial. But the Trump administration has announced new plans to deport it to Uganda and then Sounsini.

ABREGO was then detained by enforcement of immigration and customs (ICE) during the scheduled check -in in Baltimore, which was one of the conditions for his release.

Abrego entered the United States without permission in 2011 when he was a teenager. According to court documents, he was turning away from gang violence.

Trump administration officials have formed an uncompromising public relations campaign against ábrego, referring to him as a member of the MS-13 gang, among other things, although he was not convicted of any crimes.

His lawyers submitted requests for a request for a gag and say that ábrego will not be able to obtain a fair trial due to “very harmful, inflammatory and false statements” around him.

While the federal judge in the state of Tennessee can order the prosecutors there not to make any harmful statements about ábrego, it is unclear whether the judge’s authority extends to the Ministry of Internal Security, which was published about the ruling of the Immigration Court on Wednesday.

“His lawyers have tried to fight him from the United States, but there is one certain thing, this Silvadorian man will not be able to stay in our country,” said Post.

Since his return to the White House, Donald Trump has launched a huge campaign against immigrants throughout the United States, including sending federal forces and the National Guard to help him in enforcement of immigration and customs in many cities, almost all run by Democrats.

Acts pushed anger from many groups, including Democrats and civil society groups.
