Judge Musk and his team order the delivery of records and answer questions
A federal judge in Washington, Elon Musk, ordered and participated in the Ministry of Governmental efficiency to deliver documents and answer questions about its role in directing collective shootings and dismantling government programs.
The judge said, Tania S. Cotcaan of the US boycott court for the Colombia Province, on Wednesday, that the case in the case – an alliance of 14 Democratic lawyers who challenge the authority of Mr. Musk – showed a clear need to shed light on the internal actions of the Mr. Musk team. This was the first time that the judge was ordered to divide Mr. Musk to discover.
In the weeks followed by Mr. Musk team through federal agencies demanding access to federal offices and databases, lawyers who seek to stop the group’s progress were forced to rely on news reports and anecdotal evidence about what exactly the Mr. Musk team was doing.
In many cases, Federal judges became frustrated because government lawyers were unable to answer clear questions about the data that Mr. Musk’s partners have seen, or to what extent did the group directly led efforts to reduce their size. In files in another case, the government also reduced the role of Mr. Musk, claiming that he was not officially the leader of the group.
The group of countries asked Judge Qutcan to grant them to allow them to investigate Mr. Musk team to obtain information in order to confirm details of his future operations and plans, and to “clarify the nature and scope of the unconstitutional and illegal authority” said that Mr. Musk has been practiced so far.
Judge Cotccan agreed, and writing in opinion “Applications seek to define DOGE staff, DOGE and Musk Authority – a basic question in the claimants’ claims.”
On Wednesday, it was more limited than the slightly ambitious states request, which included a request for two members of the MUSK team to sit for deposits – did Judge Shutkan refuse? But it still requires Mr. Musk and his office to provide a wide range of information about its participation with federal agencies, employees, contracts, grants and databases within three weeks.
Judges responded in other cases similar to the demands of more clarity about the Mr. Musk team, which was largely shrouded in secrecy.
On Thursday, a California judge asked Mr. Musk, who was detailed to the employee management office, the government’s human resources arm, to be removed from any role in helping to direct group shootings to federal workers.
