Ketanji brown jackson blasts’ scotus decisions “tight”-Twitchy
Although there is a majority of a province, the Supreme Court has come out with some recently questionable decisions. They obtained it properly, by Resolution 6-3, who stressed Tennessee’s right to ban “gender care” for minors. In May, though, Judge Kitanji Brown Jackson, “Yazol,” the court’s decision to allow the Trump administration to deport 530,000 migrants who entered the United States on the president’s “conditional release” trips.
ABC News dealt with the analysis of Brown Jackson’s discharge on her colleagues from the Supreme Court judges, accusing them of “pure text”, that is, a ruling on the text of the American constitution.

Look, even put together a video similar to “Schoolhouse Rock” for three minutes:
Devin Daire Reports:
Judge Kitanji Brown Jackson was unloaded on her colleagues at the Supreme Court on Friday in a series of sharp opponents, and she envisioned what he called the “pure text” approach to the interpretation of laws, which she said had become an excuse to secure their desired results. “
The attack on the conservative majority of the court by the novice judge and a member of the liberal wing is significantly pointed and not carefully, but it did not stop working. The stark sections in the court and the pent -up frustration in the minority have placed on what Jackson described as an inconsistent and unfair application by those in power.
…
[Justice Neil] Goroush replied that Jackson was simply complaining about the text, which did not get the result, which prompted Jackson to take a rare step to use a long footnote to accuse her colleague.

We read the entire piece, and there is no analysis. It is just an accountability for all the crying Jackson as a cause after the case is not going on.

“The pure text”? As in, explaining what is written precisely? This is bad?

We have confirmed that the “Written Word Worship” is the “white” element.
Thus, the laws are supposed to be interpreted.

When Judge Jackson says “pure text”, you know that someone is about to learn.

WTF is “pure text?” Does this mean that they adhere to the words of the constitution as it is written? Oh no. no. Horror.

Textualism = After the Constitution as it is written.
Oh human!

A woman who cannot define a woman “because she is not a biologist” is upset, because her colleagues do legal explanations based on the simple meaning of words.

This is exactly the role of the Supreme Court judge. This woman is a shame.

Analysis of people who interact with ABC News analysis is that Jackson is an active and employed Dei. Daire should have felt bad because she is always on the losing side and decided to write an article on her opposition.
