Letitia James Says Her Trial Isn’t About Her, It’s About ‘All of Us’ – Twitchy

New York Attorney General Letitia James, who was arraigned Friday on mortgage fraud charges, has pleaded not guilty and said in a self-serving statement: “No one is above the law.” No, that’s not all… She joined the Democratic Party in saying that her accusation wasn’t about her; This was about all of us, and the justice system being used as a tool for revenge.

Revenge for what? This is a woman who campaigned for Donald Trump and took great pleasure in daily posting the accrued interest on the half-billion-dollar fine that was overturned by the state appeals court.

Last August, Conor Friedersdorf wrote in The Atlantic that too many federal and state leaders applied for home loans with lies to make them all criminals. Everyone does it! That’s why it’s about all of us.

It’s great to hear James complain about a justice system that has been used as a weapon.
