Matt Bloomfield: Sak Luton Town manager after nine months
Luton Town moved Matt Bloomfield with the 11th club in the first league after losing Saturday in Stepheng.
Bloomfield, Wickcom and Winders left the first league promotion to become the Luton coach in January, after Rob Edwards left.
But he was unable to save them from the second decline in a row, as they finished second in the tournament and decreased by the goal difference, and lost 5-3 against West Bromwich Albion on the last day of the season.
They started the new campaign with three victories in the first four games, but the recession was followed by four losses from seven since then.
“Offers and results have decreased from 11 games of the current campaign in the first league less than the expected levels,” The club’s statement said.and external
Bloomfield won 12 out of 33 games responsible for Hattars, and lost 14.
His assistant Richard Thomas, the coach of the first team, Li Harrison and analyst Ben Sirne, Kenyrsle Road, also left with Academy coach Alex Lubs – a former Luton player – on a temporary charge before the EFL Cup match on Tuesday in Cambridge United.
The statement added, “With two training weeks before the next match in the league, the process of appointing a new manager is now being performed, which will be led by a committee that includes members of the executive team, employment, football and council employees,” the statement added.
