Medan teams up with Neon for US release of ‘It Was Just an Accident’
Exclusive: Development, production and financing company Meydan joins Neon to co-finance the US theatrical release of Jaafar Panahi, which won the Palme d’Or. It was just an accident. The film opens in New York tomorrow, October 15, then heads to Los Angeles on October 17, with a national rollout to follow.
This thriller is also France’s official submission to the Oscar race for Best International Picture.
