We’re not so heartless as to do the dance of the end over the bodies of those who have been laid off, but… let’s take a walk down memory lane, shall we?

At some point, NBC News decided to take a position on the left side of the political spectrum. It seems that the line between the noisy opinion channel MSNBC and the broadcast channel of “straight news” has become very blurred.

There were signs. In 2015 NBC News Invested $200 million in Vox Media A left-wing site that is laughably inaccurate (at the time).

Yes, this was something that actually happened.

Back in 2021, while the culture war was raging over CRT (Critical Race Theory), NBC chose to monitor Dana Loesch’s kids’ school for its hit piece.

Our school board meeting is currently underway, and NBC is there working on a hit article to discredit parents who objected to the board breaking the TX Open Mtgs law, hiring a PR firm and rejecting Public Interest Investigations (PIRs), all in order to force residents to fund CRT as a curriculum.

So, they not only chose to take sides, but made themselves part of the pro-CRT debate. As allies of the cause, they chose a target that had all the right elements: Dana Loesch, the outspoken conservative and Texan, the bad boy of red states.

NBC News has explained that when the topic is “reproductive rights,” “gender-affirming health care,” LGBTQ+ or DEI, they will land on the left side.

There are valid points that Hollywood’s “diversity” efforts have been abused to give rent-seeking advisory groups power and influence, that it has been discriminatory and that decisions based primarily on “diversity” metrics have led to some bad content (hello Disney!). But you’ll never get any debate or balance from NBC.

Finally, it’s the shoddy and misleading reporting that NBC News does to advance its leftist agenda.

It was deceptively edited Trayvon Martin called 911for beginners.

Has NBC News learned from their mistake?
