North Korea has sent more than 15,000 containers of munitions to Russia in the 18 -month period because it became a decisive supplier to the Moscow war on Ukraine, according to a new analysis.

The Open Resources Center (OSC) and Reuters has set at least 64 charges from North Korea to Russia between August 2023 and March 2025.

“By enabling Russia to maintain its offensive momentum, it undermines the effectiveness of Western military assistance to Ukraine.

“If it is left without treatment, this weapons flow can tend to the battlefield more in favor of Moscow and accelerate the broader security risks throughout Europe and East Asia.”

North Korea has also sent thousands of forces to fight for Russia against Ukraine, to a large extent to help Moscow hunt an incursion by Kiev’s cross -border forces in the Corsak region.

This is a development story and more information will be published soon.
