Police begins to investigate unintentional killing to senior individuals at Letby Hospital | Lucy Litty

The police investigated the hospital, as the nurse Lucy Litabi worked to expand her inquiries to include unintentionally murder for negligence by senior employees.

Chichere Constabolri says she has expanded her investigation at the Chiester Hospital, despite increasing questions about Litty’s convictions.

The former nurse serves 15 benefits from the full life prison after being convicted of killing seven children and trying to kill seven others.

Police launched an unintended killing of companies and the actions of senior hospital managers after the original ITBY trial in October 2023.

But the investigation will now include unintentional killing of negligence by individuals who have not been named. The Guardian understands this includes managers.

“As our investigations continue, the investigation has now expanded to also include unintentionally negligence,” said Det Supp Paul Hughes, the chief investigative officer.

“This is a separate crime of wrong killing in companies and focuses on neglected procedures or failure between individuals.

“It is important to note that this does not affect Lucy Litteni’s convictions due to multiple murders and attempted murder.”

International experts said last month that they did not find any medical evidence that supports the allegations of deliberate damage after reviewing the medical records of the children on behalf of the new defense team in Letby.

the Criminal Cases Review CommitteeWhich is achieved in a possible abortion of justice, studies the case after receiving the results of a detailed report from the 14 experts.

She has the authority to refer the case to the Court of Appeal if she believes that there is a “real possibility” that judges will infer the conviction.

Letby, 35, has lost an attempt to challenge her convictions in the Court of Appeal.

Hughes said that those who were identified as suspects were notified, but the force will not confirm their identity or number under investigation. There are no arrests.

He said: “All of the unintended murder of companies and the negligent negligence in the investigation are continuing and there are no specific time meters for these.”

Chechehir Constabolri said that it was achieved in the death and non -deadly collapse of children in newborns in Chester and Liverpool Women Hospital between 2012 and 2016.

This announcement comes a few days before the lady of Justice Thuwal, the judge who leads General investigation In deaths, legal application operations are scheduled to be heard to stop them temporarily given that CCRC is now involved.

“The timing of this is a real concern. Is this really trying again by the police to control the narration before applying to Thirawall until it stops,” the new Letby lawyer, Mark McDonald, told The Guardian.

“Why are they doing this now? Is this another attempt to control the narration? Especially when there is great expert evidence indicating a finger in a different direction.”

McDonald said that the development raised “serious question marks” about making strength decisions.

Letby was convicted of killing four seven children by injecting the air into their bloodstream and trying to kill many others in the same way.

She was also convicted of hurting two children by poisoning them with insulin, pumping air into their feeding tube, forcing strength to milk and causing a shock to the abdomen.

However, the International Experts Committee concluded that there is no “medical evidence that supports bad violations that cause death or injury” in any of the children who examined their cases.

She said that there are many problems in childcare, including the failure to implement “basic medical procedures, delay in treating them and buying diseases properly.”
