Sky star Angel Reese participates in the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show

NEW YORK – Angel Reese is getting a pair of wings.

Chicago Sky Star Advertise on Instagram Thursday she will be participating in the upcoming Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show on October 15 in New York City. This will be the first time a professional athlete has walked the runway at the famous fashion show.

“Entering the Dream: From Angel to Victoria’s Secret Angel,” 23-year-old Reese posted on Instagram. “Finally, I’ve got my wings — I’ll be walking in the 2025 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show for the first time, and it feels like destiny. My wings, my heels are ready… catch me down the runway.”

The retailer posted a video on Instagram of the ad that shows the WNBA player wearing a pink robe, black underwear, and white feather wings.

“Angel Reese, welcome to the runway. The first professional athlete Angel… Groundbreaking is an understatement,” the post read.

The lingerie show began in 2001 and has been held annually for nearly two decades. Victoria’s Secret canceled the show in 2019, but brought it back last year with Reese in attendance.
