Steelers vs. Browns, Ravens vs. Rams and more: NFL Week 6 – Live | NFL

Preamble
No international breaks here folks, welcome to Week 6 of the NFL. A tight seven-game set begins at 1pm (EST) on the US East Coast and at 6pm (GMT) in the UK. But first, we were blessed even earlier in London, where the winless New York Jets remained intact after a 13-11 loss to Denver. The Broncos’ defense took control, as they often do, terrorizing Justin Fields with nine sacks. Pass coverage was also good, as the Jets finished with -10 yards receiving. Minus 10. Yikes.

Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Cleveland Browns
After a successful stint to Dublin, the Steelers return from their bye week for a classic AFC North matchup with the Cleveland Browns. At 3-1, Pittsburgh will be confident it can maintain its firm grip atop the division with a win over its struggling rivals. The key to Pittsburgh’s win will be unleashing the pass rush on Cleveland’s rookie quarterback DeLeon Gabriel. Steelers linebacker Nick Herbig is the man to watch with a play that could ruin Gabriel’s second game in the 1-4 Browns offense. Hopefully the youngster has brought his notebook as his counterpart Aaron Rodgers makes his 245th start.
Elsewhere in the AFC North, the Ravens host an NFC interloper in the LA Rams. Sean McVay’s team arrives in Baltimore feeling angry after losing a divisional game to Mac Jones’ San Francisco 49ers. So what’s the best way to confront him when you’re angry and want to put things right? Cooper Rush. The beleaguered backup QB is fresh from leading the Ravens to the biggest home defeat in their history last week. However, it’s not all his fault. An injured defense that has been depleted of its big names has put coach John Harbaugh in a tough spot at 1-4. Next week’s bye can’t come quickly enough to get Lamar Jackson back, but can they first pull off a morale-boosting upset against the Rams?
Finally, a heavyweight showdown between the Jacksonville Jaguars (4-1) and Seattle Seahawks (3-2) will take place in Duval. The record is great for the Jags, but are they all that? They may need to rely on luck less today after using all that and then some to beat the Chiefs with six 99-yard picks and a great scramble from Trevor Lawrence. Jacksonville’s defense has been shredded by Patrick Mahomes, so the visit of an MVP contender in Sam Darnold and Seattle’s impressive offense is somewhat suboptimal. However, the Jags are hoping that the arrival of cornerback Greg Newsome this week from Cleveland will help contain formidable wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba. Edge defender Travon Walker should also return to bolster the Jags’ pass rush.
