The challenge of moving in the US Employment Law in 2025


With unwillingness or unable to pass federal laws in other areas of employment, federal agencies are unlikely to issue large regulations, the states will take over. The result will be a fragmented legal scene that will constitute great challenges for companies because it is wrestling with a mixture of different and even contradictory policies in the states in which they operate. The policies of the state in four areas will be particularly difficult to move: the use of unseen agreements, paid payment policies, the requirements of pretending to pay, and to organize artificial intelligence.
