What you need to know about the breach of cancer care
The breach, which occurred over three days between December 13 and 16, 2024, allowed attackers to reach the email of employees and SharePoint accounts, according to the notifications made to government organizers and the US Department of Health and Humanitarian Services.

Accounts at risk contain healthy health information, including names, addresses, birth dates, diagnoses, laboratory results, treatment details, medicines, insurance information, and in some cases, social security numbers and financial data. The breach notifications were sent to the practices affected on June 13, 2025, and the patient’s mail messages began on June 27.

What are the practices that are affected by rating
So far, at least 11 practices have been affected by violation. The largest includes:

- E+ oncologists louisiana, LLC: 8,270
- Associates California Canceer – Fresno: 7,670
- Mojave Radiation oncology Medical Group: 4,403
- South Georgia Cancer Care Center: 4,108
- Pet photography in Tolsa: 3,159
- Acadiana Therapy, LLC: 2,219
- Pet photography in the northeastern Dallas: 1935
Other affected practices include photography and radiation centers in Texas, Louisiana and North Florida. In total, more than 130,000 individuals have been affected so far. The breach has now been listed on the Breach Preag Preach port, which tracks the exposure of health care data that includes more than 500 individuals.
