In an interview with Tom Lama, Iranian President Masoud Bezishian warned that President Trump had begun on the road to “will set fire to the entire region.” He warned that anyone attacking Iran would meet a “stronger answer”, and that although Iran does not want more conflict, it adds to his daily capabilities to defend themselves against any future attack. The interview was conducted with a government translator translated in real time, and NBC News has independently reviewed the translation.
