The judge in the Abro Garcia case indicates that it weighs the procedures of contempt for the Trump administration

The judge, who heads the case of a man who was mistakenly deported by the US government, suggested to a prison in El Salvador on Tuesday that she was weighing contempt for the Trump administration.

The American boycott judge, Paula Xinis, ordered the administration officials to hand over evidence of their efforts to secure the return of Kilmar Abrago Garcia to the United States since it ordered his return for the first time, saying that the government has shown “nothing” until now.

Abro Garcia’s lawyers requested that the administration be found in contempt for the court because of its failure. The judge said that she wants to review the evidence provided by the administration, which is expected to include the deposition of the oath, before the ruling in this regard.

Speaking of the administration, Drew, Lieutenant from the Ministry of Justice, said that the government complied with the orders of the judge. He also said that if Alago Garcia would appear in a port to enter, we will “facilitate his return” to the United States before being held.

Abu Garcia was deported on March 15 and was transferred to a notorious prison in El Salvador, despite the 2019 immigration judge’s order that prohibits him from sending him to his country of origin. Government lawyers said he was transferred there as a result of an “administrative error.”

Previously, Xinis ordered the administration to try to return Abrego Garcia to the United States, where it can be given legal procedures.

During a meeting of an oval office on Monday between President Donald Trump and President Nayeb Boucley, Al -Salvadori President told the reporter that he would not return Abrago Garcia to the United States, describing the question “hateful”.

None of the American officials at the meeting publicly asked to return it, which the judge pointed out to Tuesday when the lieutenant tried to use the meeting as evidence of the American government’s efforts to comply with its previous matter.

Shinis pointed out that one of the correspondents asked Bokley about the question, and that the administration officials did not answer questions about the steps they had taken to secure the return of Abu Garcia.

Before the meeting of the Oval Office on Monday, Stephen Miller, the Supreme White House adviser, denied any error in the deportation of Abugo Garcia and argued that he was able to remove him legally because he is a member of the MS-13 criminal gang, which Trump described a foreign terrorist organization.

Abro Garcia’s lawyers denied that he was a member of the gang, and Shinis questioned the evidence used by the immigration judge years ago to take this design. She indicated in a decision that he had no criminal record in the United States or El Salvador, and that “evidence” against Alago Garcia was not composed of just a hat in Chicago Bulls and his heat, and a mysterious, unbroke claim from one of the secret informants claiming to belong to the West MS-13 dome in New York-unprecedented.

However, the White House doubles these allegations, without making any evidence to support claims.

“Abugo Garcia was a foreign terrorist. He is a member of the MS-13 gang. He was working in human trafficking. He illegally came to our country, so his deportation to El Salvador was always the final result,” Caroline Levitte, a White House journalist, told reporters.

The wife of Abro Garcia, Jennifer Vasquiz, made a different vision from her husband, who said that he “devoted himself to making our American family’s dream reality.”

She urged her husband to stay strong before the session she attended.

She said on Tuesday: “Kilmer, if you can hear me, stay strong. God did not forget about you. Our children are asking, when will you return home? And I pray today.”
