The Pentagon strengthens the campaign on Dei with a request to review library books
The Pentagon continued to purify it of anything related to diversity, fairness and integration on Friday, which orders all military leaders, orders and academies to review all books in their libraries that deal with racism and sexual discrimination.
A memorandum issued on Friday appears to be the last Minister of Defense, Beit Higseth, against the programs and materials of diversity and stocks. The memo was signed by Tim del, and the defense duties were performed under the Minister of Employees.
The memo said that the books related to diversity were “enhancing the exciting concepts of division and gender ideology” that “contradict the basic mission of the administration.” It requires all departments leaders to determine the books that fall in that category and remove them from the shelves of military libraries by May 21.
At this stage, the memo says, there will be more instructions that will be removed permanently.
This expands a similar cleansing recently in the Maritime Academy Library, in Maryland. Last month, Civil Navy officials followed the arising orders of Mr. Higseth from the books of shelves, including books that criticized “The Bel Curve”, a text in 1994 that argues that men and black women are less genetic intelligent than eggs. But the academy kept the “bell curve” itself on its shelves.
In a separate note on Friday, Mr. Higseth also said that there will be no “any consideration of race, ethnicity or sex” in accepting the American military academies, which, he said, will focus the acceptance “exclusively on merit.” He ordered the service academies to classify the candidates with “the grades based on merit”. It was not clear what exactly this, but Mr. Higseth added that “the grades based on merit may give the weight of unique sports talents or other experiences such as previous military service.”
Mr. Higseth did not mention what he intended to do with the long practice of the US members of the United States who recommend that people be accepted in military academies.
