On the social truth, Trump criticized the ruling, saying that all definitions are still valid.
He wrote: “Today, the Party Appeal Court is very incorrectly said that our tariff must be removed, but they know that the United States of America will eventually win. If this tariff goes, it will be a complete disaster for the country.”
“It would make us financially weak, and we have to be strong. The United States of America will not tolerate a tremendous trade deficit, unfair definitions, and non -tariff commercial barriers imposed by other countries, friend or enemy, which undermines our manufacturers, farmers, and everyone else.”
Trump made a leadership tariff from his second term as a way to force other countries to re -negotiate commercial deals with the United States and give US economic privileges.
“President Trump legally practiced the powers of the tariff granted by the Congress to defend our national and economic security from foreign threats. The president’s tariff is still a mast, and we look forward to the final victory in this matter.” White House spokesman Kush Desai told Fox News.

Trump was decided to try to use the Economic Forces Law in International Emergency Cases (IEPA) – the 1977 Emergency Law – for the age of sharp import fees and an additional tariff imposed on some commercial partners.
The Trump administration argued that the courts agreed to the use of President Richard Nixon emergency definitions in an economic crisis of 1971 that arose from the chaos that followed his decision to end a policy linking the US dollar to the price of gold, according to AP.
Trump used the IEEPA law to age the definitions during the “Liberation Day” event on April 2.
In his position, Trump said that on Friday’s decision to stand “the United States of America will literally”.

“At the beginning of the weekend on Workers’ Day, we must all remember that the customs tariff is the best tool to help our workers and support companies that produce great products in America,” he said.
“For many years, customs duties have been allowed to be used against us by inappropriate and non -affection politicians. Now, with the help of the United States Supreme Court, we will use it for our nation, and make America rich, strong and strong again! Thank you for your interest in this issue.”
