The Supreme Court will review a case related to the Hawaiian laws that restrict the place where people can carry firearms.

The Hawaiian law prohibits weapons on private property, unless the owner allows them specifically, according to Associated Press. Weapons from beaches, gardens, bars and restaurants are also prohibited.

The Trump administration argued that the law violated the court of 2022 regarding the second amendment.

The case is scheduled to be discussed later, and the judgment is expected to be issued by June 2026.
