A A fragile cocktail, refreshing with a autumn development, where dry white wine meets skillfully and full of lemon, all of which are balanced with a simple wise drink. Light, herbia and a beautiful layer, this is an elegant seasonal toast.

For a wise drink
120 g calf sugar
6 fresh wise leaves
For the drink
90 ml of dry white wine – We use Garzón albariñoBut Sophingon Blanc will also do
30 ml pear juiceOr pear garden
15 ml fresh lemon juice
15 ml Wise (See above and the way)

Put sugar and wise in a frying pan with a cold water of 120 ml, describe it on low heat and cook, stirring, for 10 minutes, until the sugar dissolves and the mixture turns into a rich drink. Termile, leave to cool, then do nervously in a clean jar or bottle and seal. Naming with history, pop in the refrigerator and aims to use within two weeks.
To build a drink, mix wine and pear juice in a cup or a Boston jug, then measure lemon juice and drink. Add a splash of soda water to taste it, add a good handful of ice and pour in a cup of wine.
