Trinity Rodman rips former NBA star’s father over ‘joke’ apology after opening up about strained relationship

She said: “He is not a father. Maybe by blood, but nothing else.”

The interview paid the former Chicago Bulls Star to issue his own apology on social media, claiming that he had previously been asked not to attend her matches and that Trinity had been told to ignore his repeated attempts to contact her.
“Sorry, I wasn’t the father you wanted me to be, but either way I’m still trying and I’m still trying and I’ll never stop. I’ll keep trying even when you as an adult are told not to return my phone calls. I’ll try even when it’s hard and if it takes time long.
“I’m always here and I tell you all the time it’s your voice or your voicemail how proud I am. I’ve always had one wish and that’s for my kids to call me and come see me. And I hope I can make that happen one day. I’m here and I’m still trying to answer the phone, you have My phone number, you see me calling, I’m still here.”

Trinity’s mother, Michelle Moyer, divorced Dennis Rodman in 2012. She said on the podcast that her mother tried to protect her and her brother, DJ Rodman, who plays in the NBA, from their father’s chaotic lifestyle.
