The Ministry of Justice has filed a lawsuit against Minnesota based on the policies of its haven that the Trump administration says with efforts to enforce the federal government over illegal immigration.

The complaint, which was submitted by Monday, is called Minnesota, Henipin Province, Henipin County Sherif Duanna S. Witt, Prosecutor at Minnesota Keith Ellson, Menaabolis and St. Paul’s cities, as a defendant.

The complaint argues that not only illegal resort policies under federal law, but lead to the release of the dangerous criminals who will be removed, including illegal immigrants convicted of serious crimes.

“Minnesota officials offer the safety of their citizens by allowing illegal foreigners to circumvent the legal process,” Public Prosecutor Pamela Bondi said in a statement. “The Ministry of Justice will continue this litigation against any judicial state that uses resort’s policies to challenge federal law and undermine law enforcement.”

Saint Paul described the lawsuit as an effective attack on “the decree of long-term separation in the city-a basic policy that enhances public safety, adopts society’s confidence, and reflects the commitment of St. Paul to serve and protect all the population regardless of the state of immigration.”

“The city’s employees are not working for the president, and we are working for the people who live here. We will stand with our migrant neighbors and refugees regardless of the number of unconstitutional allegations that the White House offers,” said St. Paul Melvin Carter in a statement. “We have proven our intention in two successful measures from the court already this year, and we look forward to winning our third consecutive legal victory against this embarrassing federal system.”
