Trump’s anti -Dei anti -DEI command removing videos of the Air Force for Tuskyji and female pilots Trump administration
A US official said on Saturday that the matter issued by Donald Trump to stop the diversity, equality and inclusive initiatives prompted the US Air Force to suspend the training course instructions for a documentary film on the first black pilot in the American army, known as the Tuskyi pilot.
Among the famous black pilots were 450 pilots who fought abroad in separate units during World War II. Their success in fighting helped pave the way for Harry Truman’s decision to cancel the apartheid in the armed forces in 1948.
The official said that another video clip of the civilian pilots trained by the American army during the Second World War, known as the Air Force Service, or wasps.
The Air Force did not comment directly on the decision confirmed by an official spoke to Reuters, provided that his identity was not disclosed.
The US President has released a series of executive orders that have been seeking to dismantle the DEI programs since he took office on Monday.
DEI programs seek to enhance the opportunities available for women, ethnic minorities and other representative groups, a traditional imperfect representative. Civil rights defenders say that such programs, which are supported by Democrats in general, are necessary to address the long -term inevitability and structural racism.
But it has become a massive cry for conservatives who claim that initiatives focusing on race and sex are discriminatory by nature and fail to give priority to merit.
Reuters reported on Friday that Beit Higseth, the new defense minister, informed the legislators that he was opposed to the use of race as a worker when the candidates for the American elite military academies were evaluated.
The Trump administration and its supporters in Congress believe that the US military also needs to be cleared of generals who support Dei initiatives, which they say is distorting the fight against the war.
The American official said that the video clip of Tuskyji and other historical materials have been withdrawn while the Air Force is conducting a review of the curricula at the San Antonio-Lacandal Base, where the new recruits receive basic training.

The official stressed that the videos were not targeted, but were part of the curriculum that was suspended pending the review.
For its part, the Air Force said in a statement that it is committed to the implementation of Trump’s orders.
“The Ministry of Air Force will implement and implement all the directives shown in the executive orders issued by the president, while ensuring their implementation with the utmost professionalism and efficiency in line with the goals of national security,” an Air Force spokesman said.
