University football classifications: Oregon rises to No. 2 in the first role of Miss, Indiana, joins the five centers in CBS Sports 136
A wild weekend of the outstanding results in University football It brought some major tremors to the classification with teams in the rise and others who fell in the latest version of CBS SPORTS 136, which is our comprehensive classification for each FBS team.
Among the 22 best teams in the new CBS SPORTS 136, there are only three in the same position last week. Ohio occupied its position in first place after going on the road with impressive performance in Washington, and Oklahoma was fixed in 7th place after a week on vacation and Iowa remained in the fourteenth place after beating Arizona at home while this chaos followed all parts of hurricanes on the votes of our voters.
Oregon moved from No. 6 to second place after its impressive dual victory in Pennsylvania, and joins the ducks in the upper part of the classifications by two increasing teams that are not defeated with Oli Miss and Indiana, each of the first five places for the first time this season.
Of course, those sites were open due to some drops of Georgia (below seven sites to No. 10), and Penn State (below six sites to No. 11) and LSU (below 14 sites to No. 18). And trying to put those teams, which have previously classified near the top of the classification, from other teams one loss that led to a new set of discussions in the voting cards of our voters. Among these discussions, it includes how to arrange Alabama, which started the year with a loss in Florida but now has a victory on the huge road in Georgia in the profile. Currently, we got Crimson Tide in nine locations to No. 9 despite losing to Seminoles, who are registered in No. 19 after a loss in Virginia.
Since we are occupying 136 teams, there will be larger movements outside the best 20, and we highlighted some of the most prominent in the engine report below the best 25 tables.
University soccer experts from CBS SPORTS and 247Sports contribute to voting every week, which are calculated together for our classifications. You can see the top 25 below and 26-136 on our classification page.
The largest engines
- No. 36 Cincinnati (+22): Bearcats improved 3-1 in the season with some big games in its exciting victory in Kansas. Now with the victory of a conference under their belt and the only defeat that was a close loss against Nebraska in the first week, our voters modified, where they transferred Cincinnati before Jayhaux (No. 39) and behind Nebraska (No. 30).
- No. 33 Virginia (+18): The last two weeks have seen that Wahoos moved 31 joint sites as the Tony Eliott team showed that the only loss, a single -class defeat in NC State, may be more anomaly in the classification profile. Chandler Morris and the crime was opportunistic and was caught in the closure of Florida’s state to beat the unforgettable house, and now expectations are modified for a group that started the year off the radar in the Administrative Coordination Committee.
- No. 40 North Texas (+10): If you don’t get a chance to enjoy in northern Texas after this season, make it part of the college football list in the next two weeks. The green average in the first ten positions at the national level in the registration crime (44.8 points per game) and now 5-0 after the victory over South Alabama. Now, before you set DVR, we can teach you northern Texas this week, but we will return to work in the seventh week with a match that must be seen on the title of another conference in South Florida, USA, on Friday evening, October 10.
- No. 19 Florida State (-10): Whether it is CBS SPORTS 136 or traditional opinion polls, any voter will face a wrestling problem with the classification of Florida during the next two weeks. Alabama rises and offers an argument to be the best team in the country, but it is one loss to the Florida state team that came out by Virginia. With more results in the CV, conflicts will be resolved, but it seems that our voters are somewhat divided and tried to open the grades between similar good teams with the defeat of an early season on the professor’s book.
- No. 31 TCU (-11): This appears to be a major amendment in terms of the number of sites that decreased TCU after losing a field goal on the road in Arizona, but without winning a certain quality, the frozen frogs were pulled to the Sun Devils spot on many voices. As long as TCU is not defeated, it may continue to rise, but victories against SMU and North Carolina do not provide a strong basis once the first loss reaches the record.
- No. 18 LSU (-14): When the tigers rose to the top of the classifications, it was following the defeat of the Clemerson team, as we ranked 4 in Preseason CBS SPORTS 136. But the performance that followed did not inspire confidence, and now that LSU has been stopped, it is time to adapt. Although it seems impressive at the time, LSU’s energy conferences came against the teams occupied by voters No. 59 (Clemerson) and No. 67 (Florida) in the updated version of the classifications.
- No. 43 Oborn (-16): Successive losses of losses have declined in classifications, now giving up a place within the 50 best years. Later this season, Nabourne may give some points on “quality losses” since Oklahoma and Texas A &M in the first ten rank in CBS SPORTS 136. At the present time, the team is installed by winning his head over Baylor, which is currently ranked No. 47.
