As Aaron explained here, the matter is related to the issue of citizenship with the same opinion of the procedure and how the lower courts seek to thwart the Trump agenda (and the constitution).
But it is also clear that some believe that this means that the court will positively judge Trump when the issue of actual citizenship appears.
