Would love to see that! 2016 Throwback Poll Goes Fast, Gives MADZs Left and Right – Twitchy
Yes. Opinion polls.
While we can certainly understand the benefit of taking a snapshot of what an election might look like and how people may or may not vote, in the past two decades, they have seemed like weapons used for voter suppression.
Of course, this editor may be a little bitter and taking all of this personally right now, since we’re in the final 10 days of the Virginia election and the polls have been up and down. Then up and down again.
Let’s just say it wasn’t fun.
With all that said, the fact that this old poll is trending this morning is very interesting and reminds us all that polls sure get it wrong sometimes.

We hear this from a lot of people, especially after polls gave her a more than 90% chance of winning in 2016.

Yes, there are a few people with sads (and madness) that I’ve lost, but for the most part, everyone points and laughs.
