Do not let the bad time management undermine your leadership

According to a SHRM survey, 84 % of workers who suffer from poor training are believed to create unnecessary work and pressure. And mismanagement time is a big factor. When you are not controlling your time, you can end up with an increase in your team, creating unnecessary emergency, and neglecting to provide basic support.

Although you are working hard and have good intentions, you still stress or inspect direct reports. As a manager, you owe yourself and your team to adhere to improving the faults of the five time management: setting your team’s work without a clear understanding of the current work, and asking for help at the last minute, not setting the borders with senior management, is never available for your direct reports, and not taking enough time to give credit and positive comments .
